While trying to pair my Time Clickers game on my tablet with the website, every time I enter in my pair code it shows an error saying that the pair code is invalid. Is there a way to fix this?

The pair codes are only valid for a short period of time, it sounds like the one you are trying to enter might have expired. Cancel out of the pair screen in-game, then re-open in the in-game pairing and then try to enter the new code. Let me know if that works or not.

No dice still. I tried it with two new codes to no avail.

iOS or Android tablet? When you start up the game, what version is it running (lower left corner before clicking the Play button the on the splash screen)?

Can you walk me through the process you are doing? Should be:
    - Open game, go into settings & click Pair Device button
    - In-game pair device screen opens & displays a code (don't press any buttons on this screen yet)
    - Take the code that is displayed in-game, go to TimeGamers.com/pair/ and enter the 6 digit code as it appears in-game (you must be logged in)
    - After you enter the code click the pair device button - this should pair your laptop making it show in the 3rd column under Paired Devices
    - Once paired on the site, go back to the game and press the Connect button to confirm the connection

hmm I've tested from several devices and works fine. when entering the pairing code are you on your tablet browser or a computer? Would you be able to take/post a screen shot of the error you are getting?

I've tested it both ways. But mostly I've been entering the pair code on the same tablet that I'm playing on.

Thanks for the screenshot, it helped figure out what might be happening.

The pair code is case sensitive - it uses all lower case and the screenshot shows them all upper case.

Get a new code and try entering it in with lower case letters and see if that works.

We've added a task to our to do list to make it not be case sensitve.

I'm connected now. It was defaulting to upper case so I didn't even think about it. Thanks for the help!
