Certain skills not cooling down while active?

    Not sure if this is a recent change, or it's been fixed to how it was intended to work all along, or what... But I've noticed that skills don't seem to cool down while they're active any more. Used to be they'd carry on ticking down in the background while they were still active, and that still seems to be the case for some of them (everything up to Gold Rush). But Explosive Shots and Punchthrough don't seem to start cooling down until they wear off.

    Easy test: Pop Cooldown and then Activate All. Cooldown, Explosive Shots and Punchthrough all have the same cooldown timer, so they should all be in sync, but when the skills wear off they'll be lagging behind Cooldown for as long as they were active...

    i've been playing for about two months and don't remember skills ever starting to cool down while active... though it might be me not paying attention...

    It always worked like that.
    Skills start to cool down when their active ability time is over. If you get Max Damage while the skills are active and the time adds up, the cooldown will still start after the active ability time is over, although they are still running due to the Max Damage time.

    Let's say you have 30 second active time. You pop all skills and instantly get Max Damage +15 seconds => 45 seconds.
    After 30 seconds the skills start to cool down in the background although they still run for 15 seconds.
